In pursuit of South Africa’s 600 runs in the 1st inning, Zimbabwe were all-out for 286 runs, out of which, wicketkeeper Andy Flower scored 142 runs.

In the 2nd inning after being asked to follow-on, Flower played a spectacular knock. The Zimbabwean batter remained unbeaten on 199 runs. But in the end, South Africa won the match by 9 wickets while chasing 78 runs.

In the 2nd inning, when Yashasvi Jaiswal and captain Shubman Gill departed cheaply, vice-captain Rishabh Pant once again took the responsibility alongside KL Rahul.

Both the batters reached their milestone but couldn’t play a big inning. After KL Rahul (137 off 247 balls), wicketkeeper batter Rishabh Pant also departed after scoring 118 runs off 140 balls. He is only the 2nd batter in the list of wicketkeeper batters who have scored a twin century.
